Transparency for New Mexico's roadways

The Intelligent Agreement Management System (IAMS) provides New Mexico citizens with public access to transportation agreements, MOUs, contracts, and amendments executed by NMDOT and partner agencies across all six districts.

How records are processed

Documents are ingested by an automated processing pipeline, indexed, and reviewed by NMDOT staff before being published. Fields subject to FOIA exemptions are redacted prior to release; citizens may request unredacted records through the FOIA process.

Data accuracy

Every published record carries a processing tier and confidence indicator. Tier 1 records are machine-extracted and human-reviewed. Tier 2 and Tier 3 records may include automated extractions pending final review.
